 Shipping Information:

Your total shipping costs include the appropriate wine shipping boxes, UPS Shipping and insurance.

We ship from 93703 in California.

California customers can select UPS Ground (the most economical)

and expect delivery from 1-2 days.

We recommend that you designate a business address as the ship to address,

where a person over 21 years of age will be present to sign for the delivery.

We do not ship Ground or 2Day packages past Wednesday or Overnight packages past Thursday.

Please contact us If you would like it sent on a future date.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Notice: Nick's Wine Corner can only ship wine on your behalf to: AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, NC, NH, NM, MO, MN, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Nick's Wine Corner.

Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Nick's Wine Corner will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that Nick's Wine Corner in its sole judgment believes that such shipment will not subject Nick's Wine Corner to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Nick's Wine Corner violates the law, we suggest that the buyer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.

 Nick's Wine Corner assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage or corks pushing out of the neck as well as "frozen wine pops". So, be sure of shipping conditions before placing a ship order. If you choose a shipping option, WE WILL SHIP regardless of conditions in your area, so be careful. Please take advantage of our FREE SUMMER STORAGE program if you are concerned about summer shipping. (Minimum 6 bottles)

Original wooden crates, if available and requested, can be shipped Ground for a $10 fee per box (regardless of size) and will ship separately from the wine.

Pricing and Avaliability:

Although the online inventory is always being maintained and updated, there are certain situations that may occur that are out of our control. Given the high volume nature of our business and the finite availability of some wines, please be aware that without notice there may be a vintage change or an out-of-stock situation with any of the wines that you order. Should that happen we would notify you by e-mail before your order is processed.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is subject to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. We also reserve the right to limit quantities.

Processing Time:

It is our goal to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. There are several factors that contribute to when you will receive your order once it has been placed.

The timing in which your order is processed is determined by the accuracy of the information provided on the order, when the order is placed, order volume, and stock availability.

We do not ship UPS Ground or 2Day packages past Wednesday or Overnight packages past Thursday. Please contact us If you would like it sent on a future date.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal only.

Credit cards will not be charged until all customer info has been verified and product is in stock and ready to ship. If you take advantage of the summer free wine storage, the credit card will be charged before storage.

7.975% sales tax if your wine will be shipped to or picked up from California.

Refund Policy:

On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines that are in top condition, and we do not accept questionable goods. For wines that are five years old or older, it is the industry standard and the policy of Nick's Wine Corner that such wines are purchased at the buyer's risk in case of a problem.

BY LAW, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed. Please note: During summer months (June through September) spoilage in transit is not covered, EVEN if you had elected 2 Day or Overnight shipping. Shipments are only covered for loss, theft, or breakage during shipping. If you are concerned about heat spoilage during summer months, please consider our free summer storage.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
