2001 Blankiet Paradise Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2001 Proprietary Red Wine (predominately Cabernet Sauvignon) is spectacular. It is typical for the vintage, exhibiting a saturated black/purple color as well as lavish quantities of glycerin, blackberry, and cassis fruit intertwined with smoky new oak. The wine is massively full yet light on its feet. Its purity, texture, and 40+ second finish are awesome. It should be accessible upon release, and last for two decades or more. RP
