Bidder's Commission: A 19% bidder's commission applies to this lot. Absentee Bids

By placing a bid, I am requesting Edward Roberts International, LLC to enter bids on this lot up to the hammer price stated. I understand that if my bid is successful, the Purchase Price payable will be the aggregate of the final bid and a premium of 19% on the final bid price, together with any applicable state sales tax, packing charges ($12 per lot) and any other taxes or charges required by law to be collected. Edward Roberts International will normally charge a packing fee of $12 per lot to pack any lots for shipment however additional charges may apply. Please check with ERI for details.

I also understand that Edward Roberts International, LLC provides this service of executing bids on behalf of clients for the client�s convenience and that Edward Roberts International, LLC will not be held responsible for failing to execute bids.
