Each of these Robert Parker 100 pt. wines have been resting in my temperature controlled cellar since receipt from the winery. Each bottle is in pristine condition with a fill level into the neck.
In the latest Wine Advocate, Parker re-tasted these and deemed each worthy of a perfect score. Of the Madrona Ranch he used descriptors such as "sensational texture, full-bodied intensity and terrific freshness, precision and vibrancy." Of the Thorevilos, he said it is "voluptuously textured...with...flawless integration of acidity, tannin, wood and alcohol." As to both he wrote "If you can find them--buy them!"
